At Aula Gaming, we want to ensure your gear is perfect for your setup. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your keyboard or accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the product in its original packaging including all keycaps, cables, and manuals to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
